Oleksandr Lavrynovych: Parliamentary Factions are supposed to make Compromises and Agreements for the Consolidation of the Country
"We are supposed to complete the period of election returns establishing in a calm way. The same concerns the inauguration of the newly elected President and to give answers to the question, why the Prime Minister that does not have the Parliamentary majority still occupies the office", - Oleksandr Lavrynovych, the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared in the course of the program on "Inter" television channel.
The First Deputy Chairman refuted the statement on the existence of the coalition in the Parliament. "There are no documents in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine that would approve the existence of such coalition", - O. Lavrynovych stated.
"The matter is that there is no real majority in the Parliament and without the majority the Government fails to work. According to the Principal Law, the parliament is a derivative from the parliamentary majority, hence it is obvious that we faced the dilemma", - O. Lavrynovych explained.
According to the First Deputy Chairman, after all the attempts to prevent the inauguration of newly elected President are stopped and the Parliamentary Factions meet the agreements on the pragmatic basis, the process of normal authority in the state will be commenced. "If it fails to take place, there will be an alternative, of, course, - new Parliament. Although it is a bad alternative", - the politician stated.
